Please define process of H & C Form for Central Sales Tax,Why use H & C Form.

Mr Author, A 'H' form is issued by an exporter while buying his exported goods without VAT, to his supplier. A'C' form is issued by one registered dealer while buying goods from a registered dealer of another state at a concessional rate of CST(2%).....MJK
