If you register before 28.02.2013 then you will be eligible for Dece, 2013 attempt.

08 March 2013 It is really very useful link, Further, please guide me if I want to register today by paying condonation fees or penalty. Because I want to appear for December-2013 attempt. Once again thanks in advance.

08 March 2013 The condonation penalty is not available in registration.

You can give one module in Dec, 2013 attempt.Go to the following link:
