Credit of tax paid on building material

Sir, whether credit of gst paid on material used in the expansion of a building can be claimed???
And whether credit of tax paid under RCM for electric fittings can be claimed???

Credit can't be claimed on such expenses of building expansion/construction by owner of the building.
