Respected Sir/s,
Suppose any person who has been provided car by the company for coming from his residence to work place and going back to his residence as well as for official purpose only (not for personal use) and in his salary structure also Conveyance allowance is provided.
Can he claim exemtion of Rs. 800/- per month for Conveyance Allowance U/S 10(14)

First I would like to clarify the exemption Rs.800 provided for Transport allowance or the allowance named what ever called provided for coming to office and going to home.
As per section 10(14) does not required to show any proofs for claiming this exemption of Rs.800. this exemption stand itself by name.
Providing Car and providing Allowance as per act no restriction to claim both.
But as per good practice, while using company car, transport allowance don`t claim
