Conversion of partnership firm into private company

13 October 2016 we just wanted to convert partnership firm into private limited company, but the number of partners in partnership firm are only 2(two) so can we convert it or not, and also 7 (seven) partners are mandatory required or not for conversion.

13 October 2016 in the case of pvt company minimum 2 members are required and maximum 200 (except employees of the company) you can convert the firm into company
