Dear experts
I would like to know that one of my colleague filed it returns for the period 2005-06 AY.After that he was not filed . Now he is intended to file it returns for the AY 2013-14 and 14-15with appropriate tax. Does threre any problem arise from the IT department .Please reply as soon as possible in a detailed

If he is having no taxable income in those years no problem. Now he can file it return for AY 2013-14 and 14-15. If TDS deducted and tax fully paid in those years no problem.
