10 July 2013 please anyone tell me what is the condition of when MCA issue new CIN no of existing an company

can change the register office from one state to another state issue new COI

10 July 2013 Yes, If you are shifting registered office then your CIN will be change. CIN includes state code of new State.

CIN will be changed on following situation:

1. Listing of Company with Stock Exchange
2. Chang of business of the company
3. Change of state of the company
3. Conversion of company from public to private or vice-versa
