Hi, am a Ipcc student and iam appearing for November 2013 exam...I know companies bill 2013 is not applicable for this november exam but i heard that highlights of the companies bill will be asked in the examination...am confused now... should i read the new companies act????

Highlights of the New co. Act will be applicable in CS executive Exams in Dec,2013...
