A person received commission income from sale pf recharge vouchers of rs. 96000 in fy 13-14 & 150000 in fy 14-15, on which tds is deducted. ..
1. he cannot file his return u/s 44ad as been an commission income, m I rit.?
2. can he file his return wothout books of accounts under special business.?
