Commission is earned from foreign company for arranging customers for sale of goods. Goods are sold by foreign co. to customers directly, we only receive the commission. What is the place of provision for service. Is invoice required to be issued or debit note is ok?

Yes invoice is required to be issued. Place of provision is india as service is rendered in india.
