Sir first I want to know that who has the liability to pay the service tax.....Service Receiver or provider in case of Commission agents???
our company is exporting textile fabric and have an agent in mumbai and we are giving commission to that agent.

Service provider is liable provided his total commission exceeding rs 10 lakhs and pr yr commission and other services did not exceed rs. 10 lakhs.

then in case we have indian commission agent then no liability of the Company will arise???.....what is defination of foreign commission agent....aur when liability will arise....plz reply soon on my mail id cs.shubham@yahoo.com
