28 October 2013 You provide a list to your customers to whom you have sold goods at concessional rate of tax i.e., @ 2% (Against C Form) and request them to issue the Form 'C' for those invoices and you need to file/submit it with the VAT Department.

Please note in case of failure to obtain the C form from your party in the stipulated period or complete failure to obtain form itself, you need to pay the difference of tax out of your pocket with interest till date.

29 October 2013 First you should declare interstate purchases in your monthly/quarterly returns as against C forms.Then after the end of that quarter,(4-6,7-9,10-12,1-3 months)open your website and go for e-forms/cst.before that you should collect username and pass word from your vat office. use these keys open your account fill in the details and click submit. The system will produce a c form as required.Take a print of it. In some states it has to be approved by the vat office with their seal. If so,go and get that also...mjk
