25 April 2012 is it neccesary to use the same legal languages while writing answers for law & tax paper ?? if we write in normal language will icai deduct marks ?? , it is difficult to remember all the answers in the exact legal language

25 April 2012 No, icai never mandate to write the same legal languages. but yes it do suggest to use it for definitions only. for rest, u can very well use your own language for drafting suitable answers but be supportive with the relevant case law, section. rule numbers etc.
