how much percentage we can claim service tax input in event management company.

There is no such %age prescribed.
You can take 100% credit, if the inputs & input services are used exclusively for providing taxable output services.
In any cas of common usage, you need to follow any of the method prescribed in Rule 6 of Cenvat Credit Rules.
