31 December 2012 A public limited company has changed its name. What changes do one have to incorporate in the revised MOA in order to give effect to the change in name? Also, whether any clause need to be incorporated for carring over the assets and liabilities of the old company to the new company. Kindly help with suitably drafted clauses for incorporating the changes in MOA.

31 December 2012 Thanks for the reply. But please let me know whether there is any need to mention in the MOA that all the assets and liabilities of the previous company are now the assets and liabilities of this company.
