10 May 2012 Sir, if at the tym of filling of return of 1st half year, we forgot to show the amount of Cenvat credit, nw at the time of filling of return of 2nd half year, can i claim it and how?

If you haver not shown/utilised cenvat credit in previous return, you can claim the credit in the succeeding return.

10 May 2012 So, now the whole amount of cenvat credit of 1st half should shown in period of frst qtr/month or in any othr way?
