Whether service tax credit is available when payment for premium paid for policy taken of group gratuity scheme for employees to Lic?

So it has no relation with output service, credit can be taken?

Input credit is available, when it has no direct relationship with the output service,

Under cenvat ,there is no specific exclusion on such services
