We have a ply manufacturing unit in Uttaranchal, so we have given tax exemption for 10 years.
We have imported some material from japan for this unit and cleared the same after paying relevent Custom duties. And as we have tax exemption we can not take the CENVAT of the same.
And we have another unit in Banglore where no tax exemption is available. So if the Material imported by unit in Uttaranchal is transfered to Banglore unit then CAN BANGLORE UNIT AVAIL THE CENVAT OF IMPORT DUTY PAID BY UTTARANCHAL UNIT?
AND IF YES WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR THE SAME?

3 options for bangalore to avail the credit.
a. if material in packed condition - endorse invoice + dc that entire qty is transferred to blore.
B. get registered as dealer and pass on the cenvat credit vide an invoice.
C. If availing credit for other materials then avail credit and reverse under "as such " sale under CCR.
