If you have purchased a fixed asset then the entire amount paid for the fixed asset will be capitalised along with the freight and expenses incurred for setting up the fixed asset.

12 May 2012 In case of Fixed Asset, all the expenses that are incurred to bring the Fixed Asset to use are to be capitalised. In your case, the freight, and incidental expenses should also be capitalised.
