What will be the indexed cost of acquisition of property-
- Year of Booking under Installment Plan- May 2004
- Year of conveyance deed in buyers name- October 2008
- Year of Sale- August 2009
Is it a long term capital gain or short term capital gain
If it is a LTCG, can it be supported by some recent decided case laws to strengthen its logics
