Dear Friends, canany one assist me on treatment of capital gain on sale of any assets of company or proprietorship concern, as per my view if assets is in stock in trade, than profit/loss comes to P&L a/c otherwise, capital gain should be calculated. if any transport company having trucks & they sold the same, what will be treatment. thanks in advance
