Dear Sir,
Pls advice for our Company received service from Travelling Agent for Ticket Bookings i.e. AIR TICKET/DOMESTIC TICKET & GIVE US Reimbursement BILL TO US Without Tax.
Its attract GST ON RCM to us ?

Dear Querist,
Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) is not applicable to traveling expenses.
If you pay the Goods and Services Tax (GST) directly on the ticket, you are eligible to avail the Input Tax Credit (ITC).
