Can an enterprise show np below 6% on sales

dear sir
I have a enterprises whose turnover is 4803220 but net profit is just 6% of turnover. can I file return without audited of Books of Account??? what are remedy available if I file return without audited of a/c??????

No you have to file return with audit report. You have to declare 8% profit if you don't want to file audit report.
