03 April 2011 Say Service tax is 10.3%

So value including service tax is (100+10.3)=110.3

In case 1--

2112833.21=Value of 110.3

Service tax is 10.3

=2112833.21/110.3*10.3
=197299.93 (service Tax Amount)

05 April 2011 IN TRANSPORTATION SERVICE THERE IS 75% ABATEMENT.

Say Service tax is 10.3%, After 75% abatement rate will be (25% of 10.3)=2.575%

So value including service tax is (100+2.575)=102.575

In case 1--

2112833.21=Value of 102.575

Service tax is 2.575

=2112833.21/102.575*2.575
=53039.68 (service Tax Amount)
