27 January 2010 i have got exemption in indirect taxes 62 marks in nov.2008 exam. will i get the exemption in may2010 exam? how long will i be getting this benefit of exemption?

27 January 2010 Yes, the exemption will be available to you for consecutive three attempts. i.e. Till May 2010 attempt. So please be sure to clear second group in May 2010 attempt.

27 January 2010 You will be eligible for exemption for next 3 attempts from the examination where you have earned the exemption.

As in your case, as you have got the exemption in Nov., 2008 exams, it will be valid for May 2009, Nov., 2009 & May 2010 exams. If you are unable to clear Group II in May 2010, you will have to appear for Indirect tax paper also from Nov., 2010.

27 January 2010 Agree, Exemption will available only for Next consecutive three attempts. in your case for the exemption purpose may,2010 is last attempt.
