What work did audit firms give to a person who is working in a CA firm ?
BEcause i am working from past 13 months but they have given me the work is
* * To go to offices
***go to banks
and to type the computation statements in excel and
to compute the small income statements and to fill forms .
please tell me that is it the experience that a person gets from one year of work.
I am asking this because of my satisfaction.

A COMPANY IS DOING ANNUAL MAINTAINANCE CONTRACT FOR AN ISO 9000 CO. AMC COMPANY EMPLOYS LESS THAN 10 PEOPLE HENCE BY LAW BOES NOT NEED TO REGISTER IN ESI / PF. THE ISO9000 COMPANY IS INSISTING FOR ESI NO FROM AMC COMPANY.

HOW TO GET NO OF ESI/PF THOUGH NO OF EMPLOYEES LESS THAN 10. IS THEIR PROVISION IN LAW FOR GETTING THIS REGISTRATION NO.

How to take the benefit in case of Hosing loan ?
1. when we are paying yearly Instalment of Rs. 2,40,000/- ( is it whole exempted under sec 80C )
2. The interest is rs. 125000/- yearly. Is it exempted as a whole amount ?

How to take the expemption ? pl explain ...

I am working in a small MNC in Bangalore for last one year. I did not fill any PF A/C opeing form or Transfer form in my Creent company. They did not ask me to fill as well as I did not discussed with them about this. But every month they are deducting about Rs 1500/- toward PF same amount will go to my PF a/c from employer side and by this time my Total PF amout will be more than Rs. 30,000.00.

I do not know my PF number, because my company never asked me to fill, as well as my company never update me with my PF number. I have regined from this company now as well as I was not happy in my life for last 12 months due to management behaviors. What kind of Legal Action I can take against my Company? Please advice me.

Average rate for Year 2007-08 what does it mean..
Is it average rate of foreign currency form april 1 2007 to march 31 2008

or average of exchange price As on april 1 , 2007 and 31st march 2008
