whether expenses can be claimed in previos year, if tds deposited after 7 April along with interest. As we know tax deducted on 31st March can be deposited by 31st May and expenses can be claimed during previous year.

ONLY MARCH EXP ALLOWED IN THE PREVIOU YEAR IN YOUR CASE NOT DEPOSITED TDS BEFORE CLOSING OF THE YEAR

PL. REFER LATEST AMENDMENT IN IT ACT ON TDS PROVISIONS.
Sec 40 (a) (ia) ammendment retrospectively to allow deduction of expenses in case TDS of Mar month not paid in time but paid before due date of return.
