% of TDS on Commission

Plese tell me how many % of TDS we have to deduct while paying commission to individual(Commission amount Rs.7300000/-)

Depreciable asset gifted

If the office premises( on which depreciation is charged) is gifted by a person to his son. The cost would be wdv.
Now if the same is transferred suppose on 1st March, who will be able to claim derpecition for the first 6 mths?

Example:-
opening block is Rs. 100
and the same is gifted to his son on 1st March and depreciation rate is 10%
who will be able to claim Rs. 5.i.e. depreciation of first 6 months. The deprication of last 6 months would be claimed by his son

Bank Balance is to be shown in balance sheet as per shedule VI as follows:

With schedule Bank :
With Others :

What is the difference between both?

We have a bank account in Citi Bank. Balance on 31.03.08 of this bank to be shown under which head?

I have one query regarding treatment of sale of units of mutual fund as per IFRS.Suppose i have sold some mutual funds and made a profit out of that.Then what would be the Treatment of sale,Profit & Investment as per IFRS?

Present in Balance Sheet

During the year 2007-08, we received advance from our debtors. Now in the debtors ledger, there is a credit balance... which include some debtors (dr. Balance ) and some debtors (Cr. Balance)and net debtors is credit balance.

How this will be present in Balnce Sheet as per Shedule VI?

TDS PAID BY TRADITIONAL CHALLAN.

One of my client has deducted TDS and paid wide Challan as traditionally applicable to previous years. Whether he requires to pay again by E-Tax?
