HAI PLZ EXPLAIN...........OUR CLIENT COMPNAY HAD DEDUCTED TDS RS.500000 AND PAID ONLY FOR 470000IN APRIL'08 FOR Q4. REMAINING 30000, THEY PAID MONTH OF MAY'08 IN QUARTER 1 INSTEAD OF QUARTER 4 OF FINANCIAL YEAR 07-08. AND THEY ISSUE FORM 16 A ALSO.IS THERE ANY WAY TO RECTIFY IT......PLZ GUIDE ME

Dear Sirs,

I am a PCC student. I have completed 18 months of articleship.My exams are due in november 2008. For some personal reasons i would like to terminate my articleship. I can join in any other CA firms only after January 2009 due to above said personal reasons. Now will i be eligible appear in PCC exams in November 2008, though i am not undergoing articleship. I was told that the principal has to sign in the exam application form. Kindly advice.
