09 July 2008 If a hyderabad party has purchased material from Karnata & supplied in the karanataka state only for Job work.
Whether the CST or Vat applicable to the Hyderabad Party?

16 September 2008 In my opinion (assuming that after completion of job work the goods will be sent to hyderabad)this is a purchase in course of inter-sate trade & commerce and CST should be applicable on the same.
