10 July 2008 WE HAVE RECEIVED THE ABOVE LICENSE OF RS.1.04 CRORES.BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO USE THE LICENSE AS THE CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY RELATING TO OUR PRODUCT IS NIL .CAN WE USE THE ABOVE LICENSE AGAINST EXPORT DUTY.

08 August 2008 no, the licence what we get target plus scheme is not allowed for export duty you can use for any import, as you said your product is nil, for machinery import you can use.
