I want to know as to in todays Competitive world where a CPT Student starts a CA Course is Competing with a CA Final(old) Student by means of Articleship as there articles starts after clearing PE II. Dont u think that PE II Student would face fisrtly Inferirity Complex Secondly the student may not be able to earn that a stage of 25-27.Whereas a CPT Student if clears all exams can earn at a early stage of 22-23. What precautions should a Ca Final Student of Old course should take in order to remain alive in this corporate world. I Feel sad for those students. Please reply to this as it is urgent

My query is:
X (HUF)carries on business of selling gold. X (HUF) is a senior citizen. He now wants to transfer the whole business to his sons Mr Y and Mr Z. X (HUF) will be fully dissolved after the assets are transferred. Mr Y and Mr Z wants to carry the same business of selling gold with the help of assets transferred from X (HUF). Mr Y and Mr Z are carrying on business in a individual capacity ie sole proprietorship. please note that the stock held here is GOLD.

Can someone help in knowig the tax implications of transferring business from HUF to Individual. Also ways to mitigate tax, if any or other implications. Your reply would be of great help. Thanks

Currently i join ITT and it complete in this month end.
I wont to know what can i do next. can i take admission in the old course or new course.

I am working in a Ltd manufacturing Iron & steel industry as an accounts assistant and doing my final year B.com from Ignou which will be completed in this june-09.
I also worked as an acounts in a Construction firm relating to Iron& Stel industry.
Basically I prepare Sale Invoices,Stores Grn,Checking of Purchase Bills etc.
