16 March 2009 What is the difference between manufacturer and a excise dealer. How the excise dealer operates.

16 March 2009 Manufacturer sale Items afetr Manufacturing

Dealer sale after purchase

Manufacture charged Excise Duty @ applicable at that time.

Dealer shoul pass on, on purchase rate of duty.

Manufacturer is self depend

Dealer must feed detail from whome purchase, invoice no. Date. qty. rate of duty.etc.

Menufacturer use RG1 register, Form IV, Rg23a Part-I & Part II for Excise record

Dealer Use RG23D registere for Excise Record.

ther are so many diff.
