Input credit

Is it possible to avail input credit , incase the bill is not in the company name, but same time company is paying the expenses.i.e Like employee reimburesement bills where service tax also paid by company. Is this serivce tax can be availed by the company ? Any circular/ notification please inform me...

just have a ques.
(1)a person(r), earned some part of his salary in india & some part of salary in usa

(2) a person(nr), earned some part of his salary in india & some part of salary in usa

ALL OTHER CONDITIONS ARE SAME

Q. Is there is same tax treatment in both the cases or different & what is it?

if PPF is going to be matured the next year..and we withdraw d 80% allowable amount this yr..den wat are the consequences ??

But as per section 210 of companies Act company can have financial year for a period less or more than calendar year but it shall not exceed 15months.. can u help on this... what is actual interpretation to this.. Pls help on this...

Can a Chartered Accountants be an Auditor and Liquidator at the same time of the same Company? If No. Then what is the reference?

If i have received professional fees from one CA firm with whom working as Consultant, they
have deducted T.D.S. under which i should file my return. i.e ITR-1,ITR-2, ITR-4
or should i file under ITR-4, no account case,will it be considerable,

I want to know that if a person takes a loan for a pilot training course in Australia, then is the interest paid on the loan taken eligible for deduction u/s 80E?

hello sir can u tell me if limit of deducting tax exceed in the month of march & tds is deducted in whole amount in march and paid in april then whether the exp incurred from april to feb of previous yr will be disallowed u/s 40(a) or not & whether int will be paid on tds deposit in april
if allowed then why & under which provision

please give ur opinion

Declaration of Income

My friend is an Indian National and worked in overseas for morethan 12 years and holding Sigapore parmenant residence and now working for singapore company in india which is 100% indian company and subsidiary of Singapore company.
He is getting his remunaration in two parts one in singapore and other in india. How do he declare his incometax.Is the income in singapore is taxable.Please advice
