I am currently doing CA and CS final. My articleship ends in March 2014 . I did not pursue B.Com as i declared CS in form 112. I'm planning to write CS final in Dec'13. Once my articleship ends, Can i register for B.Com at IGNOU under the MOU b/w ICAI & IGNOU? When will i get my B.Com degree then?Will it be shown as 3 years' U.G?? If yes, will it be considered as a proper U.G Degree for M.B.A abroad or CFA?? Pls throw some light on this as it's really urgent for me.

i am working in pvt firm i forgot to file the rate wise detail of closing stock now i have received FORM DVAT-24A FROM D-VAT OFFICE TO DEPOSIT RS. 10000 AS PENALTY FOR NOT FILLING THE ABOVE MENTIONED DETAIL IN TIME, I AM IN DEEP TROUBLE AS MY OWNER GOING TO DEDUCT THIS AMOUNT FROM MY SALARY.CAN THIS PENALTY REVERSED OR CAN I FILE APPEAL AGAINST IT AND HOW TO FILE

1) Whether the said Notification is valid as of today..?
2) Any subsequent Notification is issued by the Excise department with reference to the said Notification.

Can anybody suggest me a site on which the HS code of the items to be imported can be viewed along with the prevailing rate of duty

eg: if the material to be imported is grinding wheel
1) What will be the HS Code?
2) what will be the Rate of Basic Custom Duty?
3) what will be the Rate of CVD & its calculation?? whether RSP or on basis of Assessable Value??

Kindly suggest me the name of the book for HS Code.
