25 February 2013 Hie Expert, I have Cleared My Executive and My CS Professional Exam is in December,2013.
So I will be doing Self Study.
I will be giving Module- I& II in this December, 13.
Please help me how to study ?
What are good Reference book which i should refer?

27 February 2013 Module 1 and II comprises CSP, Drafting,forex, corporate structuring and Insolvency.

1. CSP is more like law. So you will find enormous help if you have already done Munish bhandari. Directors and other company law part is as same as in CA final. So,it won't be a big hurdle.

2. Drafting :- Only chapter 3,4,5 are bit tough and scroing one chapters. The rest are really short and concise. You can even read and understand by one mere reading. you can refer law point scanner for this.

3. Forex :- It's a combination of IPCC's financial management and forex chapter of ca final and other short chapters. For this, you can again refer to rajesh makkar ( book of FM for ipcc or any other book which you had referred) and for forex and other basic concept clarity,I would advise you to go for S.D. bala.

If you are really good at reading, then I'd suggest you to go for Institute material for scoring high.

Otherwise, if you are not so good with theory or feel bored with theory then I'd suggest you to buy a good scanner ( shuchita or reliance) shuchita is more preferred as the theory questions are same and often repeated. So,it would be really easy for you to understand and learn if you go with scanners.

After reading from scanners, you can give a finishing touch to your reading from OTM (Only this much)

that will be more than sufficient for decent score.

27 February 2013 Sangeet Kedia's book are short and concise one. You can even refer them if you have time. There is no issue with that.

then you can opt for Sangeet kedia and scanner for revision.

Now you won't need to read only this much.

27 February 2013 I will make my own hand written notes for revision sir.
then sangeet kedia and module is enough of still i have to refer compilor???

Or Module + Compilor= My Own Notes???
which will be good option?
