Change of pan card

25 February 2013 Hi,
I have applied for change in name of Pan card after marriage. It is in process and i've been asked to attest a verification certificate as given in the formatted form by IT Department by the official gazetted officer having Identity card No. I've approached few officers but they don't have identity card no. Please suggest me where can i get it attested in Faridabad or Delhi.
