dear sir may i pay salary that person neither who register EPF and ESIC nor deducted TDS.

If yes how much i can pay only person

I tried but it as for registration for executive course first on payment of rs. 9000,
I am already registered for executive and cleared 1st module and trying to fill online form for 2nd module..

My client want to a register a association under any act.
The fact are:


They are 21 Members
Their purpose is to sale and purchase of wheat, food grains etc.

It is profit making concern

They share profit / loss

They want to form in an association.

I don't know how i registered it in under society act, co-operative society act
But not in partnership act, and not in company act.

Kindly give me answer

A DIRECTOR HAVE TWO DIN

EXAMPLE DIN 1 : HE ALLOTTED IN 2006 AND HE UPDATE WITH PAN.
DIN 2 : ALLOTTED IN 2008 HE DID NOT UPDATE WITH PAN

BUT THERE IS MISTAKE HE IS USING DIN 2 FOR COMPANIES THAT WAS NOT UPADATED...

AND DIN CELL ASKED DIRECTOR TO UPDATE DIN WHICH IS NOT UPDATED

I have cleared my IPCC both groups in Nov'11. I started my articleship on 21/02/2012, but then i terminated my article ship on 03/01/2013 and registered with other CA on 09/03/2013. Am i still eligible for Nov'14 attempt. Please Help.

If any assessee the goods removed with tax invoice make as on date 28.02.13 but he is not able move the consignment on said date & if he want to same goods clear from factory on next day or after 4-5 days So,Kindly us advice is it posible under excise rule yes or not & kindly request to give us reply with refferal rule.
