i have lost my huf deed? i want to open huf bank a/c and they are asking for huf deed. i have pan card copy now wht should i do??

i) Advertise in english as well as vernacular news paper regarding loss of deed.
ii) After the limitation period mentioned in the above advertisement, execute an affidavit and indemnity bond.
iii) Mentioning the above facts in the preamble, execute another huf deed.
iv) With the above documents try to open a bank a/c for the HUF.
