AS PER CIRCULAR NO.967/2013, THE EXCISE OFFICIALS ARE THREATENING TO SEIZE MATERIALS AGAINST OUR DEMAND OF MERE 2.19 LACS WHICH STAY APPLICATION IS PENDING WITH COMMISSIONER APPEALS(I.E THE MATTER IS IN CALL BOOK). PLEASE ADVISE ME WHAT CAN I DO NOW
