I HAD STARTED MY ARTICLESHIP TRAINING ON 15.10.2011. MY 2 YEAR WILL COMPLETE ON 15.10.2013.AS PER THE BOS/ANNOUNCEMENT/227/10 DATED 06.08.2010, SERIAL NO.1 (D), CAN I ATTEND THIS NOVEMBER 2013. PLEASE REPLY.

I want to know how a director of a company, being the managing director can resign his post and forgo his membership and walk out of the company with the investment and returns on it if any. the company is a pvt ltd company and total number of members is 7, registered in financial year 2010-11

Query in tally 7.2

Dear expert,
I use tally 7.2
I entered an purchase entry in invoice format(Ctrl+v "as invoice"),But when I made a duplicate entry the format was changed to "as voucher".
So,is there any way to make the entry directly to "as invoice format" even if it is
duplicate entry.

i have a query regarding form-18. my client have not any address prove in State of delhi. and client want to incorporate a company in delhi,now my query is that what is the format of NOC if owner of property is third person. and also suggest me all supported documents.

Is tds deducted on service tax

IF A PROFESSIONAL RAISES A BILL OF A PARTICULAR AMOUNT AND CHARGES SERVICE TAX ON IT. THEN WHILE MAKING PAYMENT IS TDS DEDUCTED ON THE GROSS AMOUNT OR ON THE NET AMOUNT (INCLUDING SERVICE TAX).
