I have Completed CA. I have interest in Interpretation of Law especially Indirect Taxation.Then Which are the courses available for same?

No need to course, choose your job and working area which related to Indirect taxation. practical experience will give more value than normal course since you already CA

You have to start your own practice in indirect tax and by trial and error you can become expert. Before that try to study the indirect taxes thoroughly to master the subject and it will help you in your practical life. First you try to understand the basic field like filing of returns, assessments and then the problems solving capacity will automatically be generated.
