my suppliers has filled 403 to dispatch good from their state to my state gujarat
when i open my tin where i found approve/reject check post forms in below i found filled form with option of approve and reject
do i need to approve by clicking of approve button or it is not my work or to wait suppliers instruction
kindly any gujarat vat expert help me in this situation

You have authorised your supplier to use form 403 of the serial nos alltted to you by the department.The consignor has utilised the emplate created by you filled it and sent it along with the transporter. Suppose there are some errors in the form or due to some other problem you do not want the goods(which is unlikely),you may rejectthe form403.This may make the goods to be returned and also cancel the series of 403 numbers given to you.Approval is also a confirmation that the goods are going to the real dealer concerned.You need not refer to the consignor on this matter. Approve it.
