WE FORGOT PASSWORD AND SECRET QUESTION.

PREVIOUSLY WE RECOVERED FORGOT PASSWORD BY SENDING MAIL TO VALIDATE@INCOMETAX BY PROVIDING REQUIRED DETAILS.

NOW ABOVE PROCEDURE FOR RECOVERY OF PASSWORD ARE NOT WORKING.

IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO RECOVER THE PASSWORD ??

How many attempt is allowed in ipcc and how it counts eg. If somebody filled examination form and he didn't given exam for any reason.is it counts as attempt. Thank you

I cleared IPCC my GrpI in May'12 and GrpII in May'13. My Final attempt is due on May 2015. Can any one suggest me the last date for my Final registration.

new company bill and its changes will be applicable to nov 2013 exam or not

1) We are manufacturing unit whether trading acitivty can be done in same premises special permission required , already we are doing trading activity same premises legaly this correct or wrong .


2) We have depot through depot we are selling diff type of products , from our unit to depot we adopting price's two type's
a) as per valuation rules 7 and
b) Excise duty we are paying on transaction value .

I have to start a business on premises of other person, so as a return of use of his premises we have decided to share profit.

But if we made partnership firm more tax, tds provisions will gets attracted, so can I start this business as a proprietorship concern ? and can I pay him share of profit as a rent ? our profit sharing ratio is 40:60.

A truck containing goods was seized at checkpost. All the documents were found to be okay. However the sale bill had wrongly mentioned name of the purchser as ABC Ltd. which however was ABC Private Limited.

The TIN and CST nos. mentioned in the invoice are however correct.

The Officer says he shall levy 5% penalty on the invoice value of goods.

What should we do?

Dear sir good Morning my problem is regarding conversion letter & my articles registration letter i joined articleship on 12-2-2013 but not yet received registration letter . so i posted my query on E - Sahaayataa what the reason for not receiving i got reply like this send your orientation programme completion certificate , i send it , Again 4 days back i posted my query for not receiving articleship registration letter i got reply like this (Dear Student Your employer is not having vacancy to train you).
