I have passed IPCC May 2013 so my due for final exam comes on May 2016.I have to join articleship from 01/10/2013 that means it will complete on 01/10/2016. my employer has asked me that I can give my final attempt only after 3years does that mean I have to give my final attempt for Nov 2016 ?? I want do industrial training for 3rd year which attempt would be eligible to me and will be best?? and also in form 102 Article deed what period of articleship I should mention. ( from 01/10/2013 to 01/10/2016) Please help I am totally confused

I have just recently joined a company, in which will going through TDS filing, company has short deducted TDS of a party. I have already filed revised TDS returns of all Q twice. Is there any declaration which I can take from party were in he can state that the balance tax is being paid by the party. And thereby the liability of my company can be reduced.

Myself Ankur Garg n i m working in a event management company and my query is that if a person joins the company in october on a salary 50000 p.m., in our company his taxable income is 180000 appx. (after deduction HRA and 80c deduction), so should we ask his previous employer income also and deduct tax accordingly or we dont need to deduct any tax as his taxable income is less in our company..kindly advise
