I m in C.A. finals and want to do some side courses that can make my resume more better than others. right now i m pursuing B.com but it is about to be over.on the point of my interest, i would like to go for IT fields, like learning a good ERP software,or go for better information system courses that can be beneficial for future audits. i wanna do a job. can any one guide me what options are open for me. i also wanna do some tough course which have a good demand in market and can give me better future( like actuarial). All ideas are welcomed and needed desperately as almost 1.5 years of my article-ship is over. For any further detail about interest or any other fields, please feel free to ask.

i started my articleship on 15-03-12 and now on 08-05-14 i am taking transfer to another region due to some health issues.
i have 230 days leave in a period of 2years 1month and 24 days.
will i be eligible for november 2014 exams if i don't take any further leaves till november'14 and if not then is there any provision to make so..?

there are some businesses which will charge 5.99% of service tax. like dominos pizza etc.. what are situations in which the service tax @ this rate can be charged?

if a student applied registration for IPCC with ATC then he take the certificate of ATC after passing the IPCC both group and leaving CA without futher study.
and my second question is if a student registered himself for getting ATC certificate and want to continue the CA course, is this possible.

In our factory canteen run by outside catarer please advice about tax structure in bill or at the time of payment.
in same case contractor has to pay certain amount to the canteen workers on behalf of us based on certain legal orders which will be reimbursed to the contractor along with little amount of service charge. please lets know whether this reoimbursement is attract any tax liability.
