WE HAVE RECEIVED BILLS OF RS. 76000/- FOR CAR HIRE FROM COMPANY NAME A-1 STAR CAR TRAVEL, WHAT IS THE RATE OF TDS ?

ask the concerned. And if it is an examination question....then write as above......if A1 star is individual...the rate is 1% and if it is company...the rate is 2%

My only request would be, be more elborative yet specific in your query so that u can get the quick answer. Spomewhere in this query, u lost the track.....there has to have the BILL/INVOICE by A 1 star.... on which mostly address and tel no must be there.... u r going to make the payment...at that time u can ensure whether it is proprietory...is it not?.....so much so....please also bear it in mind....if it does not have the PAN, the TDS would be heavy...ok?
