In the Change of Company name we have passed ordinary resolution, But Date of resolution is 2nd march & date signing of the resolution is 12th march.

Whether it would be the same day date or system take the above same case.

Intt. on term loan is allowed only when actually paid. But if the agreement of loan provides that intt will be paid in the next F.Y. and we hav to account for it because we are maintaining accounts on mercantile basis. i wnt to whether intt will nw be allowed because we can not pay intt as per the terms of agreement.

In order to obtain acceptance from the institute for transfer of articleship,is it necessary to get signed by Auditor on that letter???

sir, i am pursuing graduation from du regular college . i am in final year as my session gets over on 30th of april but exams are in may end . so , can i get registered for artcleship before 30th of april that is from 29th april.
i had cleared my ipcc in may 2012 already delayed one attempt. so, can i show my regular college in artcleship form or i should"t show and proceed without showing b.com(H) degree.

Did someone have formate or proforma of the following documents needs to be filed for Form1A approval:
1)Representation regarding name
2)A brief profile of the firm and Details about the firm, its activities etc.
3)Affidavit for takeover of the firm

I have not received my marksheet for ca ipcc nov 2012 attempt yet....wat do i need to do....i even contacted the regional office but there was no proper response....pls help ASAP...thanx in advance
