In order to obtain acceptance from the institute for transfer of articleship,is it necessary to get signed by Auditor on that letter???
Please Suggest.

11 March 2013 Yes for getting transfer,Your form must be signed by your principal. Otherwise ICAI won't consider your application regarding transfer.

14 March 2013 Yes, You can send it to regional chapter. But it's more advisable to submit the application by hand rather than post.

14 March 2013 But, when i went to chapter, scretary told no such letter required within 1 year of articles, it is wnough to send 109..whether he says correct or not?
