09 March 2013 C FORM is mainly a Declaration on a presecribed form delivered by the buyer of goods to seller of goods provided that both buyer and seller are not of same state.

The buyer obtains these C Form from their VAT office.

To know the procedure contact your VAT office or know from local person. As VAT is a state subject so procedure differs (though almost same) from state to state. So you should have mentioned the name of your STATE to get online help.
